KMPG was trying to define, explain, and articulate its new data and analytics (D&A) offering.
As design lead and key facilitator, insights were gathered from industry leaders and SMEs. Using a service design approach, disparate findings were reconciled, resolved, and integrated into management models and management thinking at a strategic level.
Connecting insights and bridging gaps, the process transformed the firm-wide point of view on their D&A capability and established a new way to effectively communicate its innovative D&A solutions offering.

STRATEGIC ENVISIONING
Marriott International was looking for a way to communicate the essence of its Future of Meetings concept to its employees worldwide.
A robust collection of curated images, blended music selection, and video editing resulted in a visual presentation that efficiently communicated the concept strategy across all platforms, languages, and regions.
Powerfully resonating with its global audience, the video forged a globally aligned understanding of the concept strategy and facilitated enthusiastic support for the rollout at the property level worldwide.
GUARDIAN LIFE
TELLING A NEW STORY
Guardian Life wanted to strengthen its footing across the competitive landscape and needed a Design Think approach to re-shape and innovate its messaging.
After conducting market research, insights and analysis were synthesized to create a new story.
The resulting narrative was designed to take a light, fresh, simple approach to the heavy subject of life insurance and has produced more positive connections with consumers, increased customer acquisition and retention, and helped expand market share.

BRAND CONCEPTING
Revlon had recently acquired a new brand that was presenting to executive leadership for the first time at their annual innovation summit.
The new brand needed to refreshed, enhanced, and better aligned with the parent company, as well as demonstrate upscale growth and competitiveness across the beauty industry.
Implementing a creative strategy, a highly aesthetic visual slideshow was designed to evolve the look and feel of the brand, forge a visual connection with the parent company, and produce results that matter on a strategic level to stakeholders.

VISUAL EXPLANATION
Marriott International was looking for a dynamic way to explain the learning project cycle its HR professionals.
Applying a creative strategy and design approach, a seven-step visual model was designed and used as the basis for a dynamic Prezi that drilled down to the explanatory details.
HR and professional development experts used this as a guide to developing learning curriculums used to teach corporate training to over 140,000 employees globally.

J.P.MORGAN PRIVATE BANK
DIGITAL CONTENT STRATEGY
J.P.Morgan Private Bank needed to develop a strategy for presenting their robust thought leadership in digital space that had been traditionally distributed directly to private clients through closed channels.
A digital content strategy was developed that focused on creating explanatory visuals that captured the holistic view of thought leadership. A collection of signature digital illustrations were designed to showcase and incite further exploration of the firm's investment views, insights, and opportunities.
The creative digital content strategy succeeded in reaching a wider global audience globally, expanded lead-generation opportunities, and deepening client relationships.

PRESENTING DATA
United Therapeutics, focused on the development and commercialization of pharmaceutical therapies, was looking for an innovative way to communicate their offering to the medical community.
A dynamic Prezi was design to facilitate business-driven learning and present recommendations addressing gaps in patient medical needs.
The approach was successful in driving business expansion while helping doctors address the unmet medical needs of patients with chronic and life-threatening conditions.
